Extended Stay America Suites - Fort Wayne - North

Liked to be here, the hotel was clean and convenient, the location was quiet close to everything. Location: the venue was really close to shopping venues and Indiana and great restaurants and shopping. Tried some takeout specials at Mcdonald's, luckily it was at a medium distance from the venue.

Respectful staff all over the place. Quiet and convenient location, just a walk down to everywhere.

Bad smell in the room.

The kitchen setup was great, but the room could have been cleaner.

Parking presented a challenge, often requiring a wait to find a spot. Cleaning issues were noticeable, with sticky floors and lingering trash when I arrived, forcing a delay in settling into my room. Plus, a couple of plugs didn't function correctly, and I faced a frustrating moment without a remote to control the TV. These weren't deal-breakers, but definitely things that could use improvement.

The room had a fantastic layout with a comfy bed, a separate sitting area with a cozy sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. The staff were very friendly and quick to help with any needs. The location was convenient, near major highways and good dining options.

Breakfast options could be improved.

The staff here does not communicate with each other and if your going to leave a deposit go with cash because they seem to charge your card at will

Room size and full size oven

Staff is I'll mannered do not communicate with one another and is often inclined to over charge your card and or take your cash at night check in and first shift will charge your card again and then when you ask them why the card that was authorized for deposit application only was charged it's because night staff pocketed your money. I found poo it after checkout and when I called they said they would call back did not and then when I did they said they checked the cameras and when I checked in I didn't give them cash funny thing is I did not check in or pay my girlfriend did while I Sat on lobby couch far away from counter where they seen me on camera supposedly checking in and how did they know who to look for on camera I was on the phone calling about the mistake. Did they see my voice check in from the netherworld also over charged my account and refunded the sum of 178.00 then reversed it and didn't tell me til day before checkout because of this I was ten Bucks short and after a few month long stay. Was told I had to go they couldn't wait until 5pm when my boss returned over ten dollars

The six of rooms and bedding were great and it did not seem overly noisy

The night desk person is not able to run your card or process you into computer so this makes it easy for them to keep your card on file and take liberties with charging it also they have aol willingness to work with people my boss that pays for our travels was stuck in cbc the field and could not come back and they told our crew after a month of alwAys being paid up daily we had to be out by 3 if had not been paidproblem was my boss it's not there at 4 in the morning and they told us to bring the card back the next day because she could process it it was the third shift girl what was their mistake if they were going to throw us out.and the next stay charges me for two night on top of th room rate we were guaranteed

We left and canceled our stay as the trash in our room hadn't been emptied, and the bathtub, kitchen sink, kitchen counters, desktop and floor were dirty. The kitchen didn't have any dish, glass or silverware.

The front desk was super helpful, offering plates and cutlery when we had food for later. The room felt comfy with a nice layout, including a separate kitchen area. Location-wise, it was easy to access the main highways and a quick walk to nearby dining options.

A great room with free coffee and delightful staff.

Bathtub stopper didn't work.

I appreciated the spacious and comfortable layout of my room with a separate kitchen area and sitting room. The staff were genuinely friendly. The atmosphere felt cute and easy to navigate.

More variety in the Grab-and-Go breakfast would help.

Comfortable bed, very clean and quiet room. We especially liked that there was no musty odor and no air freshener smell.
